Early maturing garlic is mainly characterized by purplish red skin, garlic upright upward, garlic rubby with high level appearance, good quality, thick skin, not easy to loose.
The axis has two to three leaflets. Garlic sprout is tidy, about 15 days earlier than late maturing garlic, generally 4800kgs per acre, good fertilizer conditions can reach more than 6000kgs.
The main characteristics of late maturing garlic are big garlic head, purple red skin, thick stem, thick leaves, prefer to enough water and fertilizer.
It looks like a flat round ball with diameter of 5-6cm or more, but the net weight ratio of the single ball is not as high as early maturing garlic, late maturing garlic, late maturing garlic output is correspondingly higher than early maturing garlic.
