Four classification methods of garlic

    Many places in China are growing  garlic, and the garlic in each place has its own characteristics. But do you know its detailed classification?      

    1. Garlic can be divided into large clove garlic and small clove garlic according to the classification of clove size; 2. According to the classification of garlic bulb skin color, it can be divided into normal white garlic and pure white garlic; 3. According to the anatomical classification of garlic bulb, it can be divided into single garlic coat variety and double garlic coat variety; 4. According to the classification of ecological adaptability, garlic can be divided into low temperature sensitive type, low temperature intermediate type and low temperature slow type.     

    My hometown is located in Qi county. Our local garlic is mainly normal white garlic. Now a large part of the garlic circulating in the Southeast Asian market is our Qixian normal white garlic. Do you grow garlic in your hometown? Do you know its kind?
