In our kitchen room, if there are some additional fresh garlic exposed outside, it will sprout after some days. So how to keep the garlic fresh for long in our daily life?
1. Put the remaining fresh garlic you can't cook in a box or pocket, then put some tea and rice inside. I use flower tea. And rice is old rice.
2. Put the garlic in the carton plastic bag on the kitchen floor. Make sure that the bottom of the garlic is very intact and dry. The premise is that there is no rotten for the garlic inside and the bag containing garlic do not have water inside.
Then keep it for a month or two. No sprouts, no mildew, and the garlic tastes like fresh garlic.
