Step 1
Cut the onion into small pieces - mince garlic and ginger - cut the tomato into small pieces - cut the beans to about 8 centimeters. If using short beans, just cut off both ends- Peel potatoes and cut them into about 3 centimeters in medium chunks

Add three spoonfuls of olive oil and pour in the onions. Stir fry onions over low heat until translucent.

Pour in chopped ginger and garlic, stir fry until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the whole chicken breast or thigh meat and fry over low heat until both sides turn golden brown.

Pour in tomato chunks and stir fry slightly until juicy.

Add two or three spoons of curry powder and one spoonful of thirteen spices. Stir fry well.

Pour in the green beans and stir fry well. Finally, flip the chicken over the beans.

Add potato chunks without flipping them, spread them out on the top layer, and gently press to level them. Add cold water without completely covering the potatoes.

Cover. Boil over high heat for about five minutes, or until it boils. Turn down the heat and keep the water boiling. Cook for 15-20 minutes to ensure the potatoes are steamed. Be careful not to boil the water dry during this period. 15 minutes later, open the lid, gently flip the ingredients, collect the juice, turn off the heat when thick, and mix well.
